Description of main tasks:
To deploy and embed the Production System (PS) into a Site to deliver the Business
Strategy and improve Business Performance (Quality, Safety, Service, Cost, and
Innovation).
Support day-to-day deployment of the PS and performance improvement activities at
site.
Deliver according to the PS implementation approach / road map agreed with the Site
Director, Regional PS lead and Site PS lead.
Work with line managers to identify and agree the priorities for PS deployment
Support continuous capability development of self and others, developed by the PS Core
team.
Actively role modeling PS skills and behaviours
Track progress of the team deployment road-map

Identifying, leading, and managing Lean initiatives in order to develop a Lean strategy
Working directly with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment and strategy
deployment consistent with company goals
Leading development of Lean leadership competences
Coaching and training all levels of the organization on Lean principles and daily
