– Fully conventional courses

• Need to have in mind that returning conventional courses back to
campus does not means that we teach the way we did in 2019!
• Instead, we improve our teaching through lessons learning during
covid-19 Spring 2020, Fall 2020, and Spring 2021
• Hyflex has the added dificulty to deliver lectures to both in-class and
on-line students – and engage both groups in meaningful and active
ways

15. • Each conventional program (bachelor and masters) coordinator will head one
faculty PLC – all DeL committee members will head at least one PLC
• All teaching personel of conventional programs will be part of at least one
PLC
• Full-time personel is expected to participate in all meetings of her/his PLC
• Meet once a (teaching) month for 60’ – online
• Meeting can be combined with coordination meetings
• Three (monthly) meetings per semester
• Exchange experiences, identify needs, discuss good practices, identify
solutions, future steps
• Submit short report on a given template to collect needs etc
• Invite external to the group experts or colleagues when needed
