Initiated in the first year an ABC finish goods program which gave visibility to the key inventory
requirements and allowed us to improve on time delivery from 85% to 95%.
Reduced finish goods inventory from $11.0 million to $7.725 million, resulting in an increase in
inventory turns from 10.5 to 12.1.
Incorporated a continuous improvement team into the Molding operation resulting in improved
workflow, reduced set-up times, and improved safety.
Supervised the relocation of the finished goods warehouse while maintaining 95% delivery of
customer orders.
Set up a new raw materials warehouse with no interruption to our internal customers.
