PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Currently Program Director, Dungarvin Indiana, LLC providing full-service care, coordination, management and
commitment to those with intellectual and physical disabilities. Serving those in need with emotional, personal,

• To know and assure implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
• Have direct contact with individuals which affect the development of the overall and individual home.
• Assure quality written reports; training staff, documentation, incident reports, and guidelines.
• Directly monitor and establish the services of all programs and individuals as to needs both emotionally and
physically.
• Hire and train direct care staff to develop behavior intervention plans, medication administration, reporting.
• To manage and monitor all individual financial affairs.
• Assure the application and maintain eligibility for client individual income sources.
• Overall responsibility of direct care personnel in recruitment, hiring, compliance, on-going training and
monitoring of care. Act as a role model for staff when doing in-site training and weekly compliance check.
• Manage site/staff scheduling, payroll, conditions of employment.
• Manage support services in a manner which assures individuals are receiving optimal services ongoing.
• To promote a positive, cooperative relationship with day programs.
• To report, investigate, prepare written reports and follow up on all aspects of abuse/neglect cases or other
BDDS reporting.
• Outstanding ability to communicate with all agencies, including law enforcement, protective services, social
services and individual’s financial programs.
• To have a working knowledge of clients’ current medical conditions, needs, doctor appointments, medical
supplies, medication and medication administration.
Over 25 years of combined professional experience in non-profit youth programs, special needs school settings and
direct program experience in adult residential programs; serving those clients with intellectual and physical
disabilities under the waiver program in Indiana.
Overall business experience with for-profit companies; responsible for $5.0 million in purchasing and sales
profitability. Supervisory experience with employees, human resources, evaluations, and advertising. Proven ability
of effective management as an executive with Federated Department Stores.
