This document outlines the organizational structure of Greener Oconomowoc, including its elected and appointed board positions. The board consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and eleven Directors overseeing various committees. Elected positions are voted on by the membership annually. The President Elect is selected internally by the board one year prior to taking office. Members are encouraged to get involved by joining committees.

Key GO Information
Greener Oconomowoc members are able to join a GO committee. GO members who
wish to run for the board of directors have to have completed a TNS course and be
members in good standing.

At the November Board meeting a President Elect will be selected by the board from
the board of directors, the following year the President Elect candidate will be voted
on by the membership at the Annual Meeting prior to becoming president.
