passive candidates, filtering their search by geography, experience
level, and past company. The InMail tool provides direct access to
the candidates’ mailboxes, allowing the recruiter to sell the potential
role against the backdrop of information they already know about
the candidate from their profile. Over 80% of LinkedIn members are

positive response.
