Area Operations Manager Feb 2001 ñ Feb 2016
 Responsible for overall operational efficiency of 17 (22 for 2 years) individual locations with an annual
revenue stream of over 595 million.
 Monitored the financial impact of operational processes through reporting and trend analysis and worked
with store management to make improvements that mitigate wasted expense and optimize the bottom
line performance. Led team to make positive financial impact for their locations and entire market.
 Cascaded new company programs for omni-channel and marketing platforms as a Regional Enrollment
Manager. Worked closely with the Market Directors, Store Management and store level associates to
ensure realization of initiatives. Reported risks up to Corporate Office.

 Conducted annual and focus reviews to identify risks in operational programs and processes. Worked
directly with Store Management, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources on root cause analysis and
implement of action plans to ensure all performance deficiencies were corrected.
 Delivered training and development of senior store leadership teams and directly mentored over 50
Store Managers and assisted 2 newly promoted Market Directors.
 Quarterly and then annually completed close outs working with store management teams to find lost
monies through discrepancies and correct them to put this back on their financial line. On average was
able to quarterly add $100,000 plus to the bottom line of the market at a minimum.

 Ensured store compliance with all safety procedures. Completed daily safety walks and conducted follow
up on all violations.

report to me besides running entire store as a manager on a daily basis.
