Responsible for overall operational efficiency of 17 (22 for 2 years) individual locations with an annual
revenue stream of over 595 million.
Monitored the financial impact of operational processes through reporting and trend analysis and worked
with store management to make improvements that mitigate wasted expense and optimize the bottom
line performance. Led team to make positive financial impact for their locations and entire market.
Cascaded new company programs for omni-channel and marketing platforms as a Regional Enrollment
Manager. Worked closely with the Market Directors, Store Management and store level associates to
ensure realization of initiatives. Reported risks up to Corporate Office.
