We assemble various Forming & Cutting Modules
mainly for the Electrical & Electronics Industry,
some of which are applied in the production of
micro components.
The modules range from Revolving Dies to
Sheering Tools, and from Foil Forming units to
Precision Guides. Some of these modules are
assembled with precision up to 0.002mm tolerance.
Our strong foundation in Tool-Making gives us a
competitive edge in the assembly of Forming &

high precision and make final adjustment of the

From Laser Welding Units to Heat Sealing Units,
our all-rounded engineers and technicians

Most of these modules consist of a number of
pneumatic and electrical parts. With an in-depth
knowledge and skills in Mechanical, Electrical
as well as Pneumatic assembly techniques,
our engineers and technicians are able to
efficiently assemble the fabricated parts, electrical
components and penumatic components.
Tonasco’s strong supply chain of fabricated and

Our multi-skilled engineers and technicians;

Our engineers and technicians are multi-skilled in
mechanical, electrical and pneumatic assemblies,
this is especially essential for complex modules and
complete machines. The integration of sub-modules
to a complete machine require extensive electrical
and sometimes pneumatic cabling that is rather
labour intensive. Utilising experienced but lower-
cost resources for labour intensive work ensures
maximum cost savings without compromising on
our quality.
In complete assemblies, we are also able to
trouble-shoot for wider array of errors and derive a
more complete solution together with our customers.

Our in-house QC department also perform 100%
QC on all the dimensions of every part we produce.
This gives added assurance on the high quality
of all sub-modules and machines fabricated and
assembled by Tonasco.
We continuously improve and benchmarked our
assembly steps and Test Protocols to the best
assembly practices. Based on the best practices,
we organise and standardise our work-flow and
facilities for efficient and high quality output.
All modules delivered by Tonasco are tested up to
Installation Qualifications (IQ). However, calibrating
and testing of modules up to Operation Qualification
(OQ) or Performance Qualification (PQ) can also be
performed according to customer’s specifications
when requested.
