A focus group study was conducted to determine the health habits of an essential audience. The results showed that 33.3% exercised everyday, 33.3% exercised every week, and 26.7% never exercised. Additional essential client research was collected to help determine the best advertisement options, either a radio advertisement or print advertisement, to reach the target audience.
