I would recommend Levi Frame for this Job Position. I have known Levi now for 4 months (Since
April 2015). Levi came to Vertical Illusionsto work as a tail guide for zip liningthe summer of 2015.
His job title now, is Lead Guide and he worked extremelyhard to get it. I had no reference on who
Levi was when he walked in the door to apply for a job, but I gave him a shot guiding at Vertical
Illusionsand have never regretted it. Levi has become a great friend/employee throughout his time
with Vertical Illusions.
Levi quickly became a knowledgeable tail guide. He excelswith people and lovesthe outdoors so
this job came naturally to him. He then decided to work on becoming a Lead Guide for the zip line
as well as a Lead Guide for the kayak tours. Levi completed both of these goals within 1 month and
has steadily beenlearning and pushing himself to grow.
Levi has relieveda lot of the stress around Vertical Illusions. He brings a positive attitude to work
and is always lookingat doing the work that others including his managers overlook. An example of
this would be cleaning VI, putting away gear and his attention to detail. He never sees himself as
above anyone else. He works hard and puts in the time to do it right.
If I had the opportunity I would hire Levi again to guide at Vertical Illusions. He has shown
leadership and is capable of handling anything that gets tossed in his way.
