This is much bigger than we thought when we started. Also a lot of risk. Very low capacity here, very far behind, small team, modest budget. We are weaker than we thought and must be careful. It all comes down to the business case. Finding champions: can be a generational thing.
In my methodology, the answers are already there. They need an outside facilitator to inspire them, provide a framework, have difficult conversations, build momentum. But we all pull the ideas from you. Not such a big believer in a “big idea” being imposed from the outside.
