Approach
         Fast changing technologies, especially the development of the web and Social Media have a massive influence on society and on
         the behaviour of your customers. There is a shift from organisation power to customer power that has been made possible by Social
         Media. Consumers use Social Media to connect and form groups, with which they can have influence on a global scale. Facebook,
         Twitter & Co are used to talk about your company and form the customer´s image about your brand influenced by peer-to-peer
         communication. Traditional ways of Marketing and communication with customers no longer have the same effectiveness as the
         years before; it has been replaced by Social Media.


         These facts require an adaptation to the changed behaviour regarding your communication with your customers. With Social Media
         you can humanise your brand by engaging and interacting with your target audience on different platforms to build trust and loyalty.
         And you don´t even need a high advertising budget to start the dialogue, the only thing you need are creative ideas on how to
         interact with your customers online1.


         In cooperation with my services we make sure that you reach your customers in the ever changing world with modern technologies by
         developing your individual Social media strategy. Together with the creative design I will develop for you, you will position yourself as
         an innovative and attractive brand to your customers. In a closing Workshop you will learn the secrets of using and monitoring your
         developed Social Media strategy.

About my Portfolio


   The following Portfolio contains a collection of specific work I have done for my final project of my Master´s degree in Social
   Media at Birmingham City Universtiy. It is part of the development and position of my brand Leonie Brückner, Creative Business
   Consultant. The Portfolio reflects my developed brand in its design, concept and layout as well as in the containing work.


   During my project I spent my time in Spain, Seville and worked mainly for clients abroad. It proves the possibilities of today:
   New technologies enable me to realise work in every corner of the world. This is also reflected by the photos - I took during
   several trips through Europe - which form a part of the Portfolio.

  • 6. Approach Fast changing technologies, especially the development of the web and Social Media have a massive influence on society and on the behaviour of your customers. There is a shift from organisation power to customer power that has been made possible by Social Media. Consumers use Social Media to connect and form groups, with which they can have influence on a global scale. Facebook, Twitter & Co are used to talk about your company and form the customer´s image about your brand influenced by peer-to-peer communication. Traditional ways of Marketing and communication with customers no longer have the same effectiveness as the years before; it has been replaced by Social Media. These facts require an adaptation to the changed behaviour regarding your communication with your customers. With Social Media you can humanise your brand by engaging and interacting with your target audience on different platforms to build trust and loyalty. And you don´t even need a high advertising budget to start the dialogue, the only thing you need are creative ideas on how to interact with your customers online1. In cooperation with my services we make sure that you reach your customers in the ever changing world with modern technologies by developing your individual Social media strategy. Together with the creative design I will develop for you, you will position yourself as an innovative and attractive brand to your customers.   • 7. About my Portfolio The following Portfolio contains a collection of specific work I have done for my final project of my Master´s degree in Social Media at Birmingham City Universtiy. It is part of the development and position of my brand Leonie Brückner, Creative Business Consultant. The Portfolio reflects my developed brand in its design, concept and layout as well as in the containing work. During my project I spent my time in Spain, Seville and worked mainly for clients abroad. It proves the possibilities of today: New technologies enable me to realise work in every corner of the world.
