1. Execute and Handover the Projects to the Clients in a timely and cost effective without any delay.
2. Contract review, adviseand approved the Scope of Work and Materials Specifications of Subcontractors ..
3. Design & Review, heat load calculation ,Firecalculation and equipment selection using design sofwares.
4. Prepare, implement and monitor Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and the Method Statement (MS) are properly followed ,
applied and executed.
5. Ensure that the design details of a particularproject aredone accordingto the actual sitecircumstances and
requirements.
6. Ensure that all projectdesigned Shop drawings, Bill of Quantity, and Change Orders are checked and approved in
controlled manner.
7. Ensure that all material Submittals and shop drawing submittals are properly reviewed and approved accordingto the

Execute and Handover the Projects to the Clients in a timely and cost effective without any delay. 2. Contract review, adviseand approved the Scope of Work and Materials Specifications of Subcontractors .. 3. Design & Review, heat load calculation ,Firecalculation and equipment selection using design sofwares. 4. Prepare, implement and monitor Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and the Method Statement (MS) are properly followed , applied and executed. 5. Ensure that the design details of a particularproject aredone accordingto the actual sitecircumstances and requirements. 6. Ensure that all projectdesigned Shop drawings, Bill of Quantity, and Change Orders are checked and approved in controlled manner. 7.
