2. Audience research
From the focus group and
survey I conducted I
gathered a good amount
of info peoples exercise
and their feelings on
advertisement about , It
told me that bright
colours such as yellow
white and green draw
their attention when
viewing advertisements
ECT.
Survey results
3. Initial ideas and inspiration
• For my initial idea for the poster campaign I’ve taken
inspiration for the cartoony and bright design of the
change4life campaign from the early 2010s
• They’re giving comparisons of the burnt calories while
exercising compared to the calories that are in unhealthy
food
• My current concept for the video advertisement will give
alternatives to unhealthy snacks and will show the
benefits of staying healthy and exercising to stay fit
I’ve taken
the bright
yellow
design as it
stands out
and draws
the readers
attention
which is
important
In terms of
a health
campaign
4. Synopsis
• My new and final idea tells a story of an unfit boy who is sad as a result of that
• They story develops through the group of young boys who try to convince him to join them in their game as he
looks sad
• At first he is reluctant but eventually he joins them, becomes happier and healthier, this is how I will promote the
idea of healthy eating to the audience
• The story will end with the main character of the story asking another person if he wants to join them In there
game as he also appears to be sad and unfit,
• So the ad circles back and ends an a positive note with the slogan (undetermined)
• The reason I believe this approach will work is because of my focus group I’ve determined that telling a story
through my ad would be better than just spewing facts at the audience
