 Recruit candidates to fill various IT positions for Fortune 500 Social Media, IT, Retail, Software Development (SDLC), Finance,

 Act as the Lead Recruiter during the Account Executive’s absence with responsibilities including being the main point of contact

fairs, posting job descriptions on job boards,and creating Boolean String for job board searches in Monster,CareerBuilder, Dice,
and Indeed
 Initiated and participated in the company’s San Jose State University Recruiting program in order to build a pipeline of recently
graduated college students to fill our internal Recruiter/Sourcer roles
 Obtained MARS Certification (Master Accreditation in Recruiting and Sourcing)
 Participate in conference calls with Hiring Managers to determine the essentialneeds of job requisitions
