I have been involved in the manufacturing industry for 17 years; manufacturing various end products
such as: printed circuit boards; micro-processors and smartcard technology; steel and aluminum
projects; and also PVCu fabricated products and Plastic Extrusion (blown film and linear). All of these
products were of very high standard and of high volume. In each post to date, management has
commented on my being a very valued member of the team and this has been rewarded by
advancement to shift foreman / supervisor or lead operator level. Subsequently 25 years of team leader
and supervisory skills have been gained.
