Session Title: Lean Kanban for Non-IT Business Process Automation Abstract: Automation has now taken center stages in all facets of enterprises and business is now at the helm of implementing automation to improve quality of service, lower costs and improve productivity of their associates. I will talk about how the Lean and Kanban principles can help in improving business agility in non-it business process automation projects and deliver value to the clients based on my experience.
