Ensure everything posted is current, aligns to current
mission, goals, objectives & upcoming events.

4. LIVESTREAMING
Build capacity for use of web 2.0 tools (Google+,Anymeeting, GoToMtg,
Skype) for LIVE or archived video broadcasts of selected events

5. PODCASTING
Build capacity for use audio tools (Audioboo, iTunes,Audacity,
etc) for LIVE or archived audio broadcasts of selected events.

6. SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY
Develop a strategy in partnership with PCEL to align with
current and future efforts to engage, curate, grow and recruit.

7. CURATION
Identify tools (Storify, Paper.Li, Hashtags, Blog etc.) to curate events,
workshops for immediate and future referral by PCEL community.

8. TRAINING
Ongoing training on innovative low and high tech strategies to
connect locally and globally for PCEL staff and “Centers” participants.

9. MID-CAREER PARTNERSHIP
Marry doctoral program and “Centers” by cross-
collaborating on events, teaching & learning.

10. DEVELOPMENT OF ECOURSES
Online course depot for anytime, anywhere learning.
(i.e.Twitter 101, Google+ communities, blogging, etc)

11. INNOVATIONTHINK-TANK
On demand needs to think through outreach, collaboration
and capacity-building needs, misc. tech support
