Managed Presentation of Continental breakfast on observation level of luxury high rise hotel.
Trained Club Room, and Banquet personnel in French Service. Other duties included food
preparation, food presentation, professional bartending service, and professional table service.
DISTRIBUTION MANAGER

Responsibilities included: Cost control and analysis, payroll administration, and terminal
performance objectives as well as safety manager. Manager of Fleet operations. Interviewed,
hired, and managed 65 persons on staff, including dock, office, and distribution personnel.
