their first film of the world‟s first “talkie,” further known as a (synchronized-sound feature film)
as seen from their website http://www.warnerbros.com/#/page=company-
info/the_studio/company_history/ . This film was called “The Jazz Singer,”.
• The Warner Brothers are involved in many capital raising schemes as seen from ‟at the
forefront of every aspect of the entertainment industry from feature film, television and home

(including over 1,500 classic animated shorts).‟ which was also taken from the source
    http://www.warnerbros.com/#/page=company-info/the_studio/company_history/. This
could further establish their success and why they are considered in the big six today
alongside other studios such as Paramount and Universal.
• In 1990s, Warner Bros won numerous Oscar nominations and continued to break records
    from previous Oscars
• In 1999, Barry Meyer and Castle Rock Entertainment‟s Alan Horn took over the reins of
Warner Bros. (as Chairman & CEO and President & COO, respectively). In other words,
they lead as being in charge of the Warner Bros acting as overhead eyes for the studio
    itself monitoring all movements and
• The second Harry Potter film (“Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets,” the fourth -
highest grossing film internationally of all time), made 2002 another sensational year for
    the Warner Bros
• 2004 was a history-making year for the Studio. Warner Bros. Pictures had its most
successful year ever, with $3.41 billion in worldwide box office, which included $2.19
billion in overseas receipts, marking the first time a studio crossed the $2 billion mark
internationally in a single year (it was also the fifth time domestically and seventh time

success were “Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban,” “Troy,” “Ocean‟s 12” and “The
