Key Skills
Over the last few years I have been able to develop the skills which enthuse me on every project.
Whilst completing my first year of university I was involved in creating my own short film using Final
Cut Pro and Premiere Pro to create and edit. During this year I also gained experience in location
surveying and used this to create an accurate scale colour model. Second year helped me to extend
my skills into computer software such as Sketch Up Pro, Vectorworks, Adobe Photoshop &
Illustrator. I am confident in using these to communicate my creative thinking and design. The work
experience I’ve participated in has helped me improve my communication and collaboration skills. It
has also given me the chance to use my problem solving skills and quick decision making within a
fast paced creative atmosphere. Now working in a professional environment to communicate event
design effectively to facilitate bespoke installations, through technical drawing and 3D animated
visuals. These have benefitted the event development process in the quickest way possible, enabling
tight deadlines to be met.
