 1956 – Robert Sabina Manufacturing Company was created.
 1967 – Purchased by the Watterson family.
 1998 – Purchased by Park Ohio Industries (PKOH)

3. Manufacturing Evolution
 Sabina focused solely in the metal stamping business.
 1980’s: added Cutler-Hammer assembly business.
 1990’s: Fabrication capabilities began expanding in laser cutting.
 By the late 90s, Sabina begin shifting capabilities more heavily into
fabrication with the addition of Lasers, Presses, and Robotic Welders.
 Today, Sabina has positioned itself into one of the regions top metal
fabricators.
