Dear Laurence Boorstein,
Congratulations! Thanks to your hard
work and effort, you are a Certified
AECOM Project Manager.
This is a key role within the business, and we’re delighted that you’ve made it. As we strive towards operational
excellence, much rests on your shoulders. You are in a position to help deliver amazing projects for our clients,
ones that transform communities, grow our people and help to build a better world.
You’re not alone. Our aim is that you feel supported at every turn. There’s a large community of project managers
that you can connect with to share best practice, leadership skills and technical know-how, and we are developing
on-going training to facilitate your continued growth and development. Completing this training will be a
requirement for you to maintain your certification.
As your career builds with us, seek out new opportunities for learning and development and consider working with
a mentor to ensure you stay stretched, informed and challenged. Our continued success depends on new thinking
that can cut through complexity and on outstanding delivery – your contribution is critical.
To help you keep your projects on track, we will measure your performance against a series of Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) covering client satisfaction, safety, cash collection and gross margin. These are similar to the
areas measured as part of the Deliver to Win bonus programme, which rewards teams for great project delivery.
Please consider these KPIs when working with your supervisor to set your professional goals.
Once again, congratulations Laurence, and thank you for the contribution you have made to AECOM. On behalf of
our clients and the Delivery Excellence team please accept our gratitude and appreciation for your commitment to
excellence in project delivery.
Regards,
Bob Ledford
Chief Operating Officer, DCS Americas
