I strive to use quantitative science approach to better understand human diseases and improve people's health. I am experienced in developing tools/methods/ and use available tools to analyze next generation sequencing data, microarray data etc. I am also a well trained modeler/simulation expert. I am genuinely excited to work with computer scientists, engineers and biologists on various collaborations that are disease-driven. I am also very interested in pushing noncoding RNAs and small RNA (esp microRNA) discovery, computationally and experimentally.
