4. General Scope of Work :Security Services
This is well-known fact that the era of traditional security has gone. These days, the security of
your Organization requires a well-planned security program managed by professionals who
can provide security By identifying dangers and providing for their elimination.
We offer choice of following types of security personal-
Unarmed Security Guards:-
Minimum height 5’7” aged 21-45 yrs, minimum matriculate, having Completed 15 days
training at our academy.
5. Armed Unarmed Security Personal
Armed Security Guards:-
Minimum 5’7” aged 24 -50 yrs, minimum matriculate, possession of valid Gun license, having
completed one week training as unarmed guard and one week training in firing and handling
of personal weapon.
Security Supervisor:-
Minimum 5’7” recruited from existing company strength after having proved supervisory
capabilities or recruited directly by facing competition incase of ex-serviceman, aged 30-
45 for civilians 40-50 yrs for ex-serviceman, having done basic, instructional and field training
at our academy.
Asst Security Officer:-
Essentially an ex-army/ex-police personnel in order to bring to the job intrinsic Understanding
of security needs and procedures, Subedar /Subedar Major or equivalent rank,40-55
yrs,having done basic,instructional,field training and office attachment program.
Note:-Physical and mental agility,resoursefolness,responsiveness,service with smile and strict
adherence to the code of conduct are the hallmarks of L.S I.S Team.
RECRUITMENT:-Rigid physical and educational standards while recruitment.
2-Special recruitment to suit clients requirements like English speaking computer literate,
experience in Fire fighting etc.
3-Medical Checkup
4-Stringent verification of antecedents, education and experience both by LSIS Investigating
staff .
6. SELECTIOSSSEEELLLEEECCCTTTIIIOOONNNN
Selected after 2-stage interview-
First Interview-Aptitude test, Application form, Interview
for suitability.
Second interview-Physical, test, site suitability, Job offer.
TRAINING
Three-tier training i.e basic/induction training,on-the-job training and refresher training is carried out at
LSIS(Tie up with Doon Defence Carrier Point D.L.Road Dehradun)Training Academy.
15 days intensive basic/induction training.
One week on-the-job training under instructor specially positioned at clients premises for the
purpose.
Refresher training is conducted at regular intervais to keep all personal abreast with the latest
techniques.
Curriculam includes-
Physical training-Drill,PT,Smartness alertness.
Uniform,equipment personal hygiene.
Fire fighting firstaid.
Code of condut,public relation mannerism.
Gate duties,teliphone duties,documentation,carparking traffic control

All labour problems such as Bonus, LTA and Medical etc.
All records of labour are maintained by us up to date clockwise. We solve matters related t
labour office.
The labour which do not fit as per company profile regulation, immediately replaced by us
with the right person of right place and right time.
We provide labour on contract for factory work as per directives of management (linguistic
preference).
We ensure god discipline, good character, good conducts and decent behavior of the labour
force employed by us.
We help management in de-unionizing of workers also.
We are specially provided hard workers to all companies for loading/unloading, shifting and
staking.
Our organization provides trained and untrained labour to factories for machine operation or
shop floor as per requirement of your production department.

Either party can terminate the contract by giving one month prior notice.
