Key Responsibilities:
 Responsible for providing complete secretarial assistance to Directors and their respective teams.
 Key responsibility of maintaining calendar plan such as Invites, Scheduling internal/external appointments,
including follow-up.
 Organizing Managerial and Staff Meetings. (1:1, weekly / Monthly).
 Handling of arrangements for all activities including conferences & meetings etc.
 Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, board,
and other meetings.
 Maintain confidential files and update personnel data to ensure confidentiality.
 Answer telephones and direct calls efficiently or take accurate messages.

design, bonus content production, audio, and network services. DDS is a global company with presence in 6
countries. The clients include the major Hollywood studios as well as a growing number of on-line retailers.
Role:
 Freelance Translator Recruitment Specialist – June 2010 to April 2011
Key Responsibilities:
 This included placing ads on behalf of the company in various websites, sourcing freelance translators from
their native country. Suitable translators were shortlisted based on the CV received, offered them suitable
tariffs, tests given and later sent to evaluators for evaluation. Once the candidates pass the test, their
documents were sent across to Florence, from where the process would be taken further.
Appreciation and Awards:
 My superiors and co-workers both in India and Montreal have been very impressed with my work and have
been very appreciative of my efforts in translator recruitment.
 I was awarded the GREAT PERFORMER’S AWARD in May 2012 for my contribution in this field. I have been
instrumental in successfully recruiting more than 100 Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese
Translators in a matter of a month.

Achievements:
 Along with handling work for Freelance Translator Recruitment, I was also working for the Deluxe Shared
Services group. Project Managers and Coordinators in Los Angeles, California were impressed with my work
that I was shifted from Translator Recruitment to Deluxe Shared Services.
 Received training from various Project Managers and Coordinators in Los Angeles. I was fast in picking up
the processes and training the team that made the team to grow from 3 to 8.
 Based on my performance and abilities, I was invited to our head office in Los Angeles in December 2011 for
a month and again in May 2012 for 2 weeks for further training. I successfully brought back more 30
processes to our Bangalore office. I have worked tirelessly to ensure the success of the back-office workflow
off shoring initiative for 2012.
 I have been instrumental in setting up the Assets Team – one that handles the digital files getting a barcode
and linking the same in an online management system.
