WORK EXPERIENCE
I’m a healthcare professional interested in changing directions. I would like to move into the
business world as a receptionist or secretary for a progressive, vibrant company. I have strong
customer service skills as well as expertise in patient care. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and a
Certified Home Health Aid. As Founder of a “There's No Place Like Home”, an at-home care
service, I worked with post-surgical recovery patients and their families, ensuring the best care
and outcomes.
I love bringing order to chaos and comfort to people in times of stress. Taking care of others
while keeping business flowing is what I do. I developed this expertise as the Hostess for a
high-volume restaurant. I redesigned the front-end process and developed repeatable
procedures for tracking orders and tables, ensuring communication across functions.
I enjoy interacting with the public while providing meaningful service to individuals. For years, I
have volunteered for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program, helping with events that benefit the
children they serve. I was also a member of City Year, an AmeriCorp Program serving
disadvantaged school-aged children in Seattle, WA.
I use my natural enthusiasm to spark energy wherever I am. My communication skills keep
everyone informed and connected. I ensure that everyone is heard.
