Education

An experienced sports coach and analyst, LaVonda Wagner currently applies more than 20 years of collegiate coaching experience toward running a small business, the LA Performance Training and Skill Enhancement Company. At LA Performance, LaVonda Wagner develops results-oriented training programs for top junior high and high school athletes, in addition to providing post-game performance analysis. Prior to founding LA Performance in 2011, Wagner served as the head or assistant coach of multiple collegiate women’s basketball programs. From 2005 to 2010, she served as head coach of Oregon State University’s women’s basketball team.
