coach of 360 Leadership Profiles.
Founder and the lead coach and facilitator at Life Design, her programs are based on the Circle of Growth Model she developed. Kasia is a great
believer in the power of self-understanding as the foundation for leadership and higher communication skills development. Self-understanding
allows for real conversations to take place and for the right decisions to be undertaken. All other leadership skills can be achieved once the self-
