This document outlines a project aimed at improving treatment outcomes and quality of life for pediatric patients. The project's mission is to increase patients' resilience when facing disease, help them overcome pain and sequelae, and spread their courage to others. It will provide psychological support for patients, help them cope with fears and surgery, and help them motivate peers. It will also provide parents with knowledge to ease their children's pain and properly care for them during and after hospitalization. The project expects to benefit over 500 patients, family members and volunteers from 2014-2017 at a hospital department for cardiology, burns and orthopedics.
