PROFILE
A Project Engineer with mechanical engineering experience. Prior to conducting
forensic investigations, he was a field engineer and project manager on specialty
mechanical municipal and industrial construction projects. He has provided
repair / installation instructions for components, piping systems, and rotating
machinery which included investigation of complex engineering drawings. In
addition, he has coordinated with electrical, structural, test engineering,
technicians, and financial departments. Mr. Bowell has extensive knowledge of
EPA regulations for mercury and acid gas control, taconite iron mining, and
automobiles. He also has engineered solutions for sorbent injection, refined coal
technologies, particulate control, and emissions monitoring. Key strengths
