STAFF
• A STAFF IS THEY TALK TO CUSTOMERS ,USERS ABOUT THEIR NEEDS AND THEN PRODUCE THE

PROGRAMMER STAFF WHO WRITES THE CODES TO BUILD ON TOWARDS THE PROJECT.

INITIATION
This stage involves the final preparation of a project delivery, using appropriate tools from
the project management system with the Directorate programme manager.
This will including establishing the project team and project board; setting up reporting
template; and agreeing tolerance.
The purpose of project initiation is to get the project off to the best start, by talking to
relevant
stakeholders and gathering the right information to start planning the project in more
detail.
The project initiation process will allow the Project Board and Authority Group to decide
whether or not the project should continue to the implementation stage, based on the
forecasted benefits and whether or not it is aligned with the corporate or programme
strategy.
The key to a successful project is in the planning. Creating a project plan is the first task you
should do when undertaking any project. Often project planning is ignored in favour getting
with the work. However, many people fail to realise the value of the project plan in saving
time and ,money and avoiding many other .
This is the stage of development of the work itself. This stage is the responsibility of the contractor,
supervised by the client. During the execution of the work, emphasis should be placed on
communication in order to make decisions as quickly by a possible if problems arise. Thus, the project
can be accelerated by setting up a communication plan.
Closing includes the formal acceptance of the project and the ending thereof. Administrative
activities include the archiving of the files and documenting lessons learned
Existing system • The limitations of the existing system are that they are old
and they are basic.
• The problems of the existing system are that they are not
compatible or comparable for any repair because they are old
and slow.
Client requirements • The objective of the client requirements is that they can
online chat that the customers can help with their online
shopping and also if they have issue or queries from
shopping by telling a online Tesco manger or whoever is
online by being comfortable and casual at home asking
problems like about the wrong sort of delivery that come
through and from the customers house.
Resources • The sort of hardware that my client needs is that they
need is a computer, mouse, keyboard, webcam and a graphics
tablet. Also the sort of software is use that to create the
website is that they need to use is coding ,PowerPoint ,pdfs ,
word and social media.
Methods used • The methods I will use for my clients is that the limitations of
the previous system was very basic and old and the method
is that they will need new website and they should install a
new software to make the whole website clean, fresh and
new. Also all state of the newly bought hardware.

Hinweis der Redaktion

  1. This is a flowchart diagram of a project lifecycle which follow of from start , initiation , planning , execution and close up.
  2. Project team: A Project team is a team whose members usually belong to different groups, functions and are assigned to activities for the same project. Project board: The Project Board is responsible for the success of the project based on instruction from corporate / programme management.
  3. To initiate the project you have to ensure to speak to the people this project is supposed to be for and make sure all the right information in detail has been collected. Your own project board and authority should have decided if this project is to continue from the above gathered information. The benefits for both the parties have to be recognised at this stage. This is initialising the project.
  4. Its important to plan the project by creating the plan thoroughly, this will help in avoiding wastage of time, money and other commodities involved in the project..
  5. This in short is where the actual work for the project starts. Its important to maintain communications throughout between the contractor and client in order to iron out any problems that arise. Therefore a communication plan has to be set up too.
  6. If all the other stages above are completed to a set standard then this formal acceptance of ending the project can be achieved harmoniously.
