Radiators, Air-coolers, Oil-Coolers, Combination Coolers, Charge Air Coolers to be used for
constructional and earth moving equipments like Soil Compactors, Excavators, Agricultural
equipments like Tractors & Harvesters, Industrial equipments like industrial Compressors &
Generators, On-highway commercial vehicles like trucks.
Work Responsibilities:
• During initial stage of project, review and Prepare Conceptual design prepare GA drawing, defining
components material process and costing for feasibility study and project viability in order to get
customer approval.
• After Customer approval involvement in detail design and development drawings of components,
defining process and material speciation and prepare Bill of Material for the same with the help of
3D software (Pro-E Creo Parametric).
• Coordinate with activities for proto-sample manufacturing and give technical feedback to Production
if it is require.
• Visit at customer location for any fitment related issues or any other issues regarding the product.
• Involvement in Product Validation, Testing activities at Company and customer end to get approval
from customer for final tooled up product.
• Preparation of PPAP documents, attend audit and audit activities necessary for ISO -9001 and ISO
TS 16949 for particular product.

2. 2) Senior Design Engineer / Project Engineer.

Role: Manufacturer and supplier of COAL SAMPLING SYSTEM used in the Thermal Power
Stations and Coal Washery Plant. The system is used for sampling of coal to be supplied to the
plant at Thermal Power Stations. The system consists of number of Equipment like Belt Feeder,
Crusher, Screw Conveyor, Auto-Samplers Bucket Elevators Etc. We supply the system to clients
like ELECON, MC-NALLY BHARAT, GEB, L&T, ESSAR PROJECTS, ESSAR POWER, BHEL,
ADANI POWER etc.
Work Responsibilities:
• Studying and analyzing the project.
• Selection of appropriate system of sampling as per plant capacity and loading capacity.
• Co-ordinate with Production Department to give Technical Feedback relating to manufacturing of
various equipment of system.
• Preparing general arrangement drawing of system on the basis of availability of space at clients
Proposed Plant location with the Plant drawings provided by client.
• Communication with customers regarding their queries and to make efforts to get approval from
client. Also coordinating with the purchase department for advance requisitions for raw materials
and bought out items by considering the project time frame.

Role: Manufacturer and supplier of Heavy Fabrication Equipments used in Power Stations and Coal
Handling Plants like Coal Crushers, Hammer Mill, Vibrating Screens Etc. Joined by Campus
Interview as Trainee Engineer and after Two months of Trainning was appointed as Trainee Design
Engineer. Involved in the Design and Optimization of Equipments like Jaw Crushers, Hammer Mills
and Vibrating Screens.
