The recipient of a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Bedford University, Kristopher Dreyer founded the Detroit, Michigan-based SB Charter and served as head of school from 2001 to 2005, during which time he oversaw curriculum development, employee management, and building repairs and upgrades. Following his management of the state-approved charter school, Kristopher Dreyer applied his engineering skills in his role as director of operations with Magna International, where he was responsible for leading operations at North American-based automotive interior trim plants that were responsible for billions of dollars in total sales each year.
