4. How to connect bank feeds
1. Left menu
a. Banking Center
2. If itâs your first time select Connect
a. Otherwise select Add account
3. Select the appropriate bank/credit card
4. Enter your username and password for your bank/credit card log-in
5. Choose the appropriate account
6. Choose the appropriate account type
a. Bank or Credit card
7. Give the account a name
8. Select Save
5. How much history is imported?
1. It varies by bank/credit card
a. 30 days - 2 years
b. 0 days if your bank/credit card wonât connect to QBO
6. Manually uploading transactions
1. Settle on a date range
a. Donât import duplicate bank transactions!
â Chart of Accounts > View register
2. Download transactions from your bank/credit card
a. Follow the bankâs instructions on how to do so
3. Ensure the file is in the correct format
a. CSV, QBO (preferred), QFX
b. File size canât exceed 350 KB
4. Navigate to appropriate link
a. Banking > Banking
b. Click the tile of the account you want to upload
c. Click the dropdown arrow (âŒ) by Update

1. Begin the upload
a. Browse for and select the downloaded file
b. Select the account you want to upload to
â From the QuickBooks account ⌠dropdown
c. Match the columns in the file to the QBO fields
d. Select Letâs go
2. Categorize the transactions
a. Banking > Match and categorize
b. Until you do this, the transactions will not âfullyâ be in your account
3. Reconcile the transactions
a. Not completely necessary, but advised
b. You may need to edit your opening balance if the transactions took place before the âas ofâ date
