I would say that Kristine isone of the best internswe’ve had. She works well independently-
whena job is givento her and explained,she takesit on and completesit without havingto
ask for furtherinstruction.

Yes,Kristine helpedouta lot whenour HR Manager had to depart the company and assisted
in fillingthe void/pickedup a lot of the work that we wouldn’tnecessarilyhave had time to
do.
8. Can youthinkof the timeswhenImade you proud,or my workmade you proud?Perhapsa
time I didan exceptionallygoodjob?
Whenour HR Manager quit,I was very proud in how Kristine took the reins,had the
confidence tojump in and conduct server/bartender/doormaninterviews,and helpout in
general. Other internswould have beenhesitant,unconfident,andwouldhave needed
greater assistance.
