-Responsible for technology training activities supporting the University of La Verne community. -Works cross-functionality with faculty and staff enabling support teams to successfully engage and assist users as the university introduces new technology and devices. Conducts training using multiple devices and applications using Cisco products, Televic products, mobile devices, Extron products, and enterprise applications (lansweeper, Boardeffects, jJabber) via learning solutions and programs. -Attends to projects of moderate scope and use analysis to assist, team members on all La Verne campuses as well as internal departments developing training plans and content for user support. -U
