 Systems of acquired plants had to be migrated along with dependent systems on a very tight timeline
in compliance with Transitional Service Agreement

 Skyworks wanted to implement the SAP module WM/IM. Other SAP
modules WM, IM, SD, FI/CO, MM, and PP had already been implemented
and this was an optimization project

 We collaborated with key stakeholders and internal personnel at Skyworks
to enhance the business benefit of SAP WM/IM for Skyworks. This included
automating warehouse-related business processes through WMS Bin
transactions, report transactions, transfer requirement transactions,
transfer order transactions, warehouse Activity Monitor transactions,
Physical Inventory transactions, and difference clearance transactions.
