Here is a very short summary of the ground rules of the
OneExchange:
Initial Tokens Price will be at 0.105 EUR Cent (buy
price)
Sales Limit: 1.5% of free Tokens per day
Currently you can buy as many tokens as you wish,
but this can change in future
Fees: Only for auto purchase and sale of Tokens
(2.5%)
Splits: all tokens split, regardless if coming from
package, bonuses or bought on the exchange
Escrow of Tokens purchased on exchange: 30 days
Every order valid for 5 days, but can be cancelled
anytime by user
Exchange open from Mondays 0:00 GMT to Friday
24:00 GMT

10. Tokens
How can I buy Tokens?
• You can buy Tokens on the OneExchange from your mandatory and from your cash account. If you
wish to make a purchase for 60 EUR, but your mandatory account has 50 EUR and your cash
account has a balance of 50 EUR, the system automatically deducts first money from your
mandatory account, and then from your cash account.
How long are Tokens that I bought from the OneExchange escrowed?
• Tokens bought on the OneExchange are escrowed for 30 working days.
Why should I buy Tokens?
• You definitely should buy as many Tokens you can – especially before your account splits. Every
Token in the account will be split even the tokens you received from an earlier split – the more you
have – the more Tokens will split. Tokens give you a spot in the mining pools – and the more
Tokens you have, the more coins you can mine. Before the launch of the mining it is good to
familiarize yourself with the exchange and practice trading on some transactions, before OneCoin
is launched.
Can I buy as many Tokens as I wish?
• Currently there is no limit how many Tokens you can buy. However, should there be too many
buyers, the company can implement a limitation, so all members can buy Tokens and join the
mining pools.
11. Tokens
Why should I sell Tokens?
• If you wish to test how the OneExchange works or to realize some profits on your account you can
sell Tokens.
What can I do with Tokens?
• You can buy and sell them on the exchange and speculate, but the more lucrative option is to wait
for a split – and then join a mining pool and mine OneCoins.
What is the difference between the OneCoin and Tokens?
• Tokens come in your package. They can be bought or sold on the exchange, they can split 1-2
times, depending on your package and they can secure you a spot in the mining pools. OneCoin is
a cryptocurrency, that will be mined by the members. It is backed up by cryptography and will be
stored in your e-wallet. OneCoin will be traded one day also on public exchanges, it can be used to
do online shopping with merchants, who accept OneCoins – and we plan to link the OneCoins to
the OneCard.
12. SPLITS
What is a SPLIT?
• As more and more members join, and the demand for Tokens gets higher and higher it is only
natural that the price of the Tokens increases. With every new member joining ONE, the demand
grows and the price of our OneTokens on the exchange grows.
• Of course we want OneCoin to be successful – but a price explosion too early is not always good.
This is why we created the opportunity for you to SPLIT and double the value of your portfolio!
New members can join at attractive low prices – but we do not want you to have a disadvantage.
This is why once a number of new members is reached – we SPLIT your Tokens. This means we
double the amount on your account!
• And as more and more new miners join – the price again rises – again a SPLIT happens.
Congratulations, you AGAIN doubled your value of your package. Depending on the package you
have you SPLIT up to 2 times – every split doubles the amount of tokens in your account! So
accumulate and save these Tokens… or buy more.
How often do SPLITS happen?
• SPLITS happen depending on the growth of the mining network – and they are a result of high
demand for Tokens and rapid price increase. Normally a SPLIT will happen every 10-12 weeks.
13. SPLITS
Do Tokens purchased on the Exchange SPLIT?
• Your account SPLITS 1-2 times, depending on the account. ALL Tokens on your account will SPLIT if
you are eligible for a SPLIT, regardless how you acquired them.
What happens when my Tokens SPLIT?
• The Tokens acquired by the SPLIT are 50% escrowed for cryptocurrency – and can be used for
mining OneCoin. The other 50% can be also used for mining OneCoin or sold on the exchange.
They are escrowed for 30 working days. Example: You have 1.000 Tokens. After the SPLIT you
receive 1.000 new tokens. Out of them 500 are escrowed for 30 days. 500 are reserved for you
mining the OneCoin.
14. Next Steps
When will the mining start?
• The mining will start in December 2014.
I wish to join the mining as soon as I can – how can I acquire as many Tokens as possible?
You have several options to acquire more Tokens:
• You can buy Tokens on the OneExchange.
• You can buy a new product package (the Tycoon Package having an advantage to other packages
with 60.000 Tokens).
• You can upgrade to a Tycoon package if you have not done so, and enjoy more SPLITS.
• When you earn bonus you can purchase more Tokens.
What new features will come soon on the OneExchange?
• You will be able to trade the ONE COIN once mining starts.
• You will be able to trade AGC/Gold Coins.
• You will be able to trade currency pairs: Tokes for OneCoins, AGC for OneCoins, OneCoins for Euro
and so on.

15. How Do I Trade?
Why is my order not executed immediately?
• Like at every exchange your order is first recorded, submitted to the exchange – where it stays until
it is matched and executed. As the OneCoin members are in different time zones and different
countries it can take time until all orders are matched. If you wish to cancel an order, that has not
been executed, you can do anytime so – by clicking on “Order History” in the Trading Dashboard.
What is a Market and what is a Limit order?
• A “Market” order means that you would like to buy or sell an amount of Tokens at any market
price. The Market gives you the price, this is why it is called “Market”. A “Limit” order is an order
that you place, where you have expectations on the price you would like to achieve. If you receive
to sell Tokens, you can give a price – for example you would not wish to sell your Tokens at a price
UNDER 0.15 EUR. Or if you want to buy you can set a limit – that you would not like to buy Tokens
at a price that is HIGHER than 0.15 EUR. Limit orders have the advantage that you control your
profit, but also the disadvantage that your desired price is not reached within 5 days they are
cancelled and not executed.
16. How Do I Trade?
What if I do not buy Tokens from the Mandatory account?
• A part of your Bonuses are paid out to your Mandatory account. This part is used to buy Tokens.
Should you not buy Tokens within 5 working days after pay out, the system can automatically buy
the Tokens for you and you will be charged a small fee of 2.5% for this (in Tokens).
What is the SPLIT Barometer?
• SPLITS happen every 10-12 weeks, depending on the growth of the company. The SPLIT barometer
shows how far away we are from a SPLIT. The higher it grows, the nearer the SPLIT and the more
Tokens you should buy – as ALL Tokens on your account will SPLIT, if you are eligible for a SPLIT.
What are the fees for trading on the OneExchange?
• As a part of your Bonuses is paid out to your Mandatory account and this part is used to buy
Tokens – this transactions are FREE of charge. If you decide to sell Tokens yourself or let the system
Auto purchase for you, a small fee of 2.5% (charged in Tokens not in cash) is deducted.
How many Tokens can I buy/sell per day?
• Currently you can sell up to 1.5% of the available Tokens on your account per day (non escrowed
Tokens). We have not imposed limits on the Tokens that can be bought YET, but this might happen
in future. Should there be too many buyers, the company can implement a limitation, so all
members can buy Tokens and join the mining pools.
17. How Do I Trade?
What is the Order History?
• Go to the Trading Dashboard and then to Order history. This Tab shows the history of all your
trades and their status. An Order can be open (not executed yet), it can be completed, it can be
expired (if it could not be executed) or cancelled by the member.
Can I delete/cancel an Order?
• You can cancel any Order you have placed as long as it is not marked as COMPLETED in the system.
Go to the Trading Dashboard and then to Order history. There you can see all current Orders. Next
to all open Orders you can see a button “cancel”.
Why is there a difference between the Price for Buying and Selling of Tokens?
• For assets traded on exchanges there is a difference in price for selling and buying an asset. The
difference on the OneExchange is 0.005 EUR. Selling price is currently 0.100 EUR, buying price is
0.105 EUR.
Can I place an Order while exchange is closed?
• Yes, you can. The OneExchange is closed on weekends. The 5 working days validity of your order
starts running, once the OneExchange opens on Monday.
18. How Do I Trade?
How long is my order valid? Can I extend the validity?
• Your order is valid 5 working days. If it cannot be carried out, you have to place it again. 5 days is a
good average, as an Exchange has to have liquidity to match orders and we collect the orders to
avoid volatility. OneCoin or the Tokens shall have a stable price and low volatility.
Is there a minimum transaction size?
• The minimum transaction size is 50 Tokens.
Can the price of the Tokens go down?
• Yes. As all assets the price can go up and down. There is no guarantee that the price will always go
up. After a split the price goes significantly down, to start climbing again.
Can I transfer Tokens directly to another member?
• Tokens can be sold and bought only through the OneExchange and not to other members directly.
What is a trasaction password?
• To make a transaction in the OneExchange you need to insert your transaction password. If you
need to reset it or forgot it, go to the "Profile" menu and reset.
