12. Contracting - Introduction
• We’re able to support our Clients in all their short-term project related needs across
all functions without the usual restriction under a company regular structure.
• In short, we will recruit on-behalf of our Client and we own the employment relation
with the assigned employee. And during the course of the project, we’ll act as the
Client’s HR partner to manage all administrative matters related to the assigned
employee.
• This improves our Clients’ business productivity by
 Relieving all administrative responsibilities
 Removing any employment risks
 Ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations.

 Talent-Spot takes all the employment risk and liability
 Sign employment contracts with the contract staffs
 Monthly payment to the contract staffs on time
 Compensate for the contract termination
 Manage mandatory SC+HF payments in China
 Handle all HR relevant documents for contract staffs
 Conduct regular performance report and follow up service quality
