14. GEORGE KLAOUDATOS
Co – Founder / Adventure Consultant
YANNIS KOTILEAS
Co – Founder / Adventure Manager
George is a ski instructor certified by the French National School of Skiing and Mountaineering
ENSA (Ecole Nationale du Ski et Alpinisme). He currently manages three ski schools, four
sports gear & equipment stores, an equestrian and alternative tourism park, three mountain
shelters and training centers for mountain activities.
Since 1995 he holds a key role in the organization of many sporting events and promotional
activities for the development of outdoors, and more specifically, mountain-activities tourism.
During the years 2002 to 2009, in an effort to promote alpine skiing in Greece, he was
appointed technical adviser and coach of the Greek National Team, coming 7th in the World
Championships that took place in Italy in 2006.
Yannis is a professor of Physical Education and Sport Science graduated from the
University of Athens. He is also a graduate of TRU (University of British Columbia, Canada)
specializing in organization and management of sports tourism and holder of an Adventure
Management Diploma. He has dedicated himself to many different outdoor disciplines but
has focused on backcountry ski touring, mountaineering, scuba diving and sea kayaking,
with the ambition to share his enthusiasm with others, as an instructor as guide, as well as
an adventure operational manager.
In the search for adventure and new challenges, he has been to Nepal Mera Peak 6,476m
(Mountaineering expedition), California Yosemite Valley (Rock climbing), BC Canada (Alpine
Ski, Ski Touring), Sri Lanka (Surfing), Hawaii Maui (Surfing - Diving), Egypt Red Sea (Scuba
Diving) and such destinations. Having gained such experience enabled him lead in the
adventure tourism.
KONSTANTINOS KONSTANTINIDIS
Co – Founder / Director of Finance & Operation
Konstantinos is a professor of Physical Education and Sport Science graduated from the
University of Athens, specializing in skiing and waterskiing. He holds a master’s degree
(MSc) in Sport Management from Loughborough University (United Kingdom) as a graduate
of the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences.
In 2005 he began his professional involvement in the tourism industry. Simultaneously
he worked as a ski instructor since 2008, and as instructor and coach of water ski and
wakeboard from 2010. In 2013 he worked as water ski academy coordinator in Club Med -
La Pointe aux Canonniers in Mauritius. In 2014 he presented his graduate thesis on service
quality of the Greek ski centers.
He is a member of the National Ski Instructors Association and of the International Ski
Instructor Association (ISIA).
He is a sailing athlete and member of the Navy Sports Club “Peace & Friendship” (NAOEF).
Member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity
(CIMSPA) and member of the Hellenic Scientific Association For Sport Management &
Recreation (HSASMR).
