My background is in business marketing, strategy, logistics, and sales. Therefore I approach most issues from the customer experience point of view. There are so many brilliant applications, products, and services that could have higher adoption rates if their usability was simpler and more intuitive. It is my passion to drive this improvement and educate the customer at the same time. I currently help executives measure their software risk and team productivity in order to help craft improvement initiatives inside their organizations. In order to push the IT discipline closer to a management science, we must remember that you can't manage what you don't measure.
