– Phase 1 – basic information gathering (completed Sept 2012)

• Overseen by the Kit-Catalogue Project Group and Kit-Catalogue User Group,
which report to the PVC-lead Facilities and Equipment Management Committee

• Currently the only place where Nottingham items

• Incomplete/incorrect data
• Log-on from China and Malaysia campus (or off-
campus)
• Visibility of the ‘my items’ tab and ability to edit
items
• On-going maintenance (especially new items and
