I do not have any knowledge in this regard. I believe I somewhat learned about it in last semester. Competed a case study last semester Campbell river Country Club and implemented the polices after creating them. Learned in HR and Business I know the importance of employee engagement because in my case study the management weas not engaging with employees and the result was that company was loosing their employees. I do not have any knowledge in this regard. I will learn about talent needs in this course. I do not have any knowledge in this. I have learned this in Hr and business in my last semester.
