I am a highly motivated professional with a strong work ethic and multifaceted skill set.
My background is vast; Director, Asssitant Director, Personal Assistant, Mentor, events
co ordinator and Children's rights Ambassador. I am very familiar with Social services
and other services in that sector and used this knowledge; together with a passion for
inclusivity, equality and change to set up an arts company for young people under the
care of Birmingham Social services and Aftercare. I am also a member of the
Careleaver Association, recently having my own work published in their newsletter, and
a beneficiary of The Eve Brook Scholarship fund; who I have assisted in fundraising
projects. As is evident from my experience, I am a well organised, methodical and
reliable individual, looking for a role in the arts which encompasses my drive for
organisation and innovation.

About Me
My strengths are in being creative and caring (both emotionally and practically). I enjoy
juggling many things at once and find new challenges exciting as they enable me to be
resourceful and imaginative. I am an excellent communicator; my experience has
enabled me to become versatile and effective in different situations and roles. Because
of this, I can put people at ease, solve problems efficiently and create valuable
connections. I am accustomed to managing groups and new projects in the way that is
both afective and meaningful.
I am a self-starting, ambitious but simultaneously genuine and down to earth person.
