response plans leading up to the event.

- Engaged with on-the-ground activations and fans to increase conversation around Visa
and Super Bowl City.
- Collaborated with Visa NFL ambassadors to promote their live appearances including
crafting potential copy to be shared across their social channels.
- Monitored key conversations happening around game day for potential opportunities to
engage fans in an organic way.
Day of Super Bowl 50:
- Spearheaded the “war room” for real-time responses across Twitter, Facebook &
Instagram.
- Utilized Sprinklr & key hashtags to monitor conversations for potential opportunities to
engage fans in an organic way.
3. Visa’s First Ever Facebook Livestream:
