It's official! The sellers accepted our offer!
Just wanted to let everyone know what our new home looks like. It's a charming 1925
stone and shake house - 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths. It's a fabulous location and a great
neighborhood! We only have a picture of the outside right now as we bought it before it
went on the market.
We take possession at the end of June! I get to see it in person in two weeks –
I've only seen via FaceTime, but Jerry walked through with our agent.
