To whom it may concern.
I can confirm that Miss Kim Corti worked for Celgene International, Boudry, Switzerland as a
summer intern in 2014.
Kim, Miss Corti, was one of 50 + applicants who applied for the opportunity to work with various
departments within our organisation.
After interviews we decided to take the 3 top performing individuals, of which Kim was one.
There were a number of reasons for offering the position to Kim, of which the most important were:
Creativity, Honesty, Team Orientation and Commitment.
Given this opportunity, Kim came to work within the commercial department and quickly proved to
be a strong asset. Even though the program was designed as "work experience" Kim produced
some outstanding work in administration, data management, graphic design and video production,
supporting a wide selection of individuals within Sales, Marketing, Training, Communication and
Finance.
Throughout her time with us she proved to be hard working, dedicated to quality, a creative
thinker, quick to see solutions and formed strong relationships within the various teams she had to
work with.
As an individual she proved a great investment for us and I hope we gave her an opportunity to
gain experience the working environment of an international company.
I have no hesitation in giving Kim a reference and predict that she will be successful in whatever
challenges she takes on. Her strong work ethic, ability to connect with others, keen eye for detail,
confidence in taking balanced risks and clear thinking will prove a great asset to any organisation.
