Kilpatrick and Hart, or K&H, has maintained
BBB accreditation for over 20 years.

As a prominent member of its business community,
K&H works to ensure that New Jersey remains a
trustworthy, reliable state in which to do business.
To help further this goal, several of the firm’s
executive officers serve on the Board of Directors of
the New Jersey Better Business Bureau, helping the
nonprofit organization continue its oversight of
advertising and business practices in the state. In
2011, the New Jersey BBB evaluated more than
60,000 businesses and charities, for which it
produced reliability reports. In doing so, it informed
the media of threats to consumers and helped
arbitrate disagreements between consumers and
businesses.
