with positive feedback regarding the event organization , speakers , content and
correlation with nurses daily challenges .
• Roche team was highly appreciated by Oncology training committee for the
Roche dedication and commitment to raise disease awareness and enhance
knowledge retention .
• Roche team received appreciation certificates acknowledging their high level
cooperation towards HCPs and national society.
• The ONE opened new opportunities for patient access in different Roche
assigned disease areas (RA and Virology ) through building an innovative access
with MOH key stakeholders concerned with patient supporting programs .

• New Partnership Model established with HCPs to deepen cancer knowledge ,
understand human diseases and provide means for prevention , detection ,
monitoring and treatment .
• Roche patient access , The ONE program engaged new stakeholders who are
concerned with running effective patient supporting programs in different
therapeutic areas.
• Management of Roche Oncology Portfolio Adverse Events , to promote patient
safety , improve patients’ treatment outcomes by maintaining optimal treatment
duration without interruptions or suspension
• Exploring new HCPs’ segment (Oncology Nurses ‘ Education) by analyzing
medical needs and share with HCPs their thoughts , challenges and potential
problems they face on daily practice . The ONE delivered comprehensive
formalized information specific to nurses and related to their daily problems .
• Effectiveness measurement tool of the ONE , provide full feedback about the
activity , assess gaps , points of improvement and transfer them to better
opportunities .

• Despite the ONE is independent to commercial influence , it succeeded to position
commercial team input to be purely educative and non-promotional
• The ONE engage cross-functional teams and high management to participate in process ,
advice , input and shared
ONE Peer-to-Peer legitimate Relationship
• Peer-To-Peer Interactions with HCPs with high level of dedication , commitment
and expectations contributed to the program excellent perception by MOH
stakeholders .
• Oncology Training Committee and Roche team formulate ONE team to initiate
project communication , preparation and implementation
• Delivery of quality non-promotional , educational and scientific programs to
HCPs in alignment with Roche strategies and the symphony implementation
plan .

Oncology Nurses Education Deliver Quality disease awareness to patients through synergy of Physical , intellectual , emotional And spiritual skills and knowledge Promote patient safety and quality cancer cancer through Proper adverse events management Improve patient treatment outcomes by reducing the patient’s Treatment /cycle interruption , suspension .   • 6.  Short term : • Adopt comprehensive educational program to oncology nurses to empower their awareness in various tumor types . • Educate nurses on reliable means to manage adverse events of Roche oncology portfolio • Establish strong nursing models with high capabilities to prevent avoidable complications of Roche oncology portfolio.  Mid-Long Term: • Promote quality nursing to improve patient safety and optimize cancer care delivery . • Incorporate Nurses into the entire clinical practice through continues formalized specialized nursing education programs . • Enhance patients 'optimal treatment duration by Minimizing treatment events discontinuation ,suspension or interruption due to adverse events improper management • Correlate cost effective strategies with hospitalization cost burden due to improper management of adverse events and the urgent need to encourage nurses training .   • 9. • MOH adopted the ONE as the reference template for any future oncology nurses’ educational program . • The ONE is the first nurses’ educational program accredited by MOH as CME points • Number of attendees exceeded 30 nurses in average per session . • The ONE evaluation sheet showed high interest to recommend the ONE wave II with positive feedback regarding the event organization , speakers , content and correlation with nurses daily challenges . • Roche team was highly appreciated by Oncology training committee for the Roche dedication and commitment to raise disease awareness and enhance knowledge retention . • Roche team received appreciation certificates acknowledging their high level cooperation towards HCPs and national society. • The ONE opened new opportunities for patient access in different Roche assigned disease areas (RA and Virology ) through building an innovative access with MOH key stakeholders concerned with patient supporting programs .
